About
Name: Javier Founder of Re_FASHION and ReFASHION by COR Entrepreneurial Empowerment: At the Latino Economic Development Center (LEDC), Javier coached small businesses, leading initiatives like the Resilient Business Corridor by J.P. Morgan Chase, focusing on underserved DC communities.
Government Initiatives: With the DC Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD), Javier coordinated programs dismantling entrepreneurial barriers. He launched the ReFashion Initiative, promoting sustainable fashion across DC.
Military Service: From 2000 to 2007, Javier honorably served in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Enterprise and at the US Joint Forces Command.
